SHIPPING POLICY

At Ex-cessories we want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful.  To that end we have created a shipping process to make your life easy.

Most credit and debit card orders will be shipped next business day. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Any order placed on weekends or holidays will usually be shipped on the next business day. Please note that while we strive to process/ship orders same or next business day, this is not always possible. Our shipping charges are based on UPS service. These charges are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped.

To preview shipping charges, enter the items you wish to order into your shopping cart. Create an account and when you are done click on “check out”. All available shipping costs will be displayed based on the shipping method selected. At times, shipping charges may differ from those viewed during check out. If this is the case, the customer will be contacted via e-mail and a new price will be agreed upon before Ex-cessories processes the order.

Insurance is worked into the price of the item, using UPS insurance rates.

Items not sold by Ex-cessories will be shipped via individual seller. Individual sellers must ship their items via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Hand delivery is not an acceptable form of delivery of an item sold on Ex-cessories.com. Sellers should attempt to ship a sold item via the method purchased by the buyer. Sellers must provide a tracking number to Ex-cessories.com once the sold item has been shipped. 

When sending items to Ex-cessories, we suggest that our clients use UPS with the appropriate insurance in order to protect your item until it reaches Ex-cessories. Ex-cessories is not responsible for materials shipped with items. 

RETURN POLICY

At this time, Ex-cessories does not accept returns or process refunds.  Ex-cessories does not refund shipping and handling costs.

Should you, as a seller, request that your item be returned to you at anytime, you are responsible for all shipping fees via credit card. Should circumstances arise that any particular item must be returned to the individual seller, he/she is responsible for all shipping fees via credit card. Ex-cessories.com is not responsible for any cost incurred from the shipping and handling of an individual seller's item.
